PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an active energy ray-curable resin composition capable of providing a cured product simultaneously satisfying various performance demands such as antifogging capacity, weather resistance, abrasion resistance, etc. and to apply the composition to coating agents or molded artifacts.SOLUTION: The provided active energy ray-curable resin composition comprises, as a main component, a reactive copolymer (B) having a (meth)acrylic equivalent of 220-400 g/eq and a weight-average molecular weight of 5,000-60,000 and obtained as a result of the epoxy ring-opening addition reaction of (meth)acrylic acid with a copolymer (A) obtained by using, as indispensable components, an epoxy group-containing (meth)acrylate and a polyoxyalkylenic mono(meth)acrylate.
