A pivotable rake assembly for raking a roof without using a ladder includes a handle is gripped for raking. A rake is pivotally coupled to the head such that the rake is positioned at the selected angle with respect to the handle. In this way the rake can engage a roof of a building when a user is standing on ground. The rake has a plurality of tines to rake debris from the roof top.
