The present invention relates to a dendrimer comprising a peptide and an alkyl chain, and specifically, to a Janus peptide dendrimer (JPD). The dendrimer forms a three-dimensional structure, and self-assembled nanostructures including the same are also characterized by forming a three-dimensional structure. The dendrimer of the present invention and the nanostructures containing the same can be usefully used as a biomedical field including drug delivery and diagnosis, specifically as a bio-imaging and drug delivery carrier.본 발명은 펩타이드 및 알킬 사슬을 포함하는 덴드리머로서, 구체적으로는 야누스 펩타이드 덴드리머(Janus peptide dendrimer, JPD)에 관한 것이다. 상기 덴드리머는 3차원 구조를 형성하며, 이를 포함하여 자가조립 된 나노구조체 역시 3차원 구조를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 덴드리머 및 이를 포함하는 나노구조체는 약물 전달 및 진단을 포함한 바이오 의약 분야, 구체적으로 바이오 이미징 및 약물 전달 캐리어로서 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
