The present invention relates to a bee venom collection apparatus which covers the upper part of a hive accommodating multiple bee combs, and more specifically, to a hive cover-type bee venom collection apparatus preventing the inclusion of contaminants. Mesh is mounted on a penetrating middle part of the bee venom collection apparatus so that bees in a hive can reversely hang onto the mesh. An electrode bar is mounted on the lower part of the mesh to apply a stimulus to the bees which hang onto the mesh in order to induce the bees to excrete venom. A glass plate is placed on the upper part of the mesh to cover the upper part of the hive.
