The present invention describes pharmaceutical compositions comprising a compound that has the formula (Compound C19), which specifically inhibits mutated GTPase KRAS4b, making the compositions useful for the effective treatment of colorectal cancer. Compound C19 acts as a stabilizer of the KRAS4b-PDEδ complex, decreasing the proliferation of cancer cells in colorectal cancer, and increasing apoptosis through decreased activation of KRAS4b oncogenic signaling.La présente invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant un composé qui est représenté par la formule (composé C19), qui inhibe spécifiquement la GTPase KRAS4b mutée, rendant ces compositions utiles pour le traitement efficace du cancer colorectal. Le composé C19 agit comme un stabilisant du complexe KRAS4b-PDEδ, diminuant ainsi la prolifération de cellules cancéreuses dans le cancer colorectal, et augmentant l'apoptose par l'activation réduite de la signalisation oncogène de KRAS4b.
