PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grader which can perform ground leveling work even in backward movement, makes a lower end part of a blade bite into a ground surface in the backward movement, and can level a ground flatly without accumulating soil on the downstream side during the ground leveling work.SOLUTION: A grader 1 comprises a blade body 4 having a front blade 4F provided on the front side of an advance direction and a rear blade 4B provided on the rear side, a fixing plate 34 for inclining and fixing the blade body 4 with respect to the advance direction with a vertical direction as an axis, and the like.
