A method is provided to accelerate transfer of released body fluids from a body through a treated textile fabric to promote dryness of a skin of the body, the method comprising providing a treated textile fabric facing the body fluids to be transferred, wherein the treated textile fabric includes a first surface and a second surface, wherein the first surface is positioned facing towards the body fluids and the second surface is positioned facing away from the body fluids, wherein the treated textile fabric is structured with a plurality of pores so to allow a passage of a liquid from the first surface to the second surface, and wherein the first surface is coated with a graphene material such that a permeation flux of the first surface is greater than a permeation flux of the second surface.Linvention concerne un procédé servant à accélérer le transfert de fluides corporels libérés dun corps par lintermédiaire dun tissu textile traité en vue de favoriser la siccité de la peau du corps, le procédé comportant un tissu textile traité faisant face aux fluides corporels à transférer, le tissu textile traité comprenant une première surface et une seconde surface, la première surface étant positionnée face aux fluides corporels et la seconde surface étant positionnée dans une direction opposée aux fluides corporels, le tissu textile traité étant structuré par une pluralité de pores de façon à permettre un passage de liquide depuis la première surface vers la seconde surface, et la première surface étant revêtue dun matériau de graphène de sorte quun flux de perméation de la première surface est supérieur à un flux de perméation de la seconde surface.
