PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged food and beverage to be also sealed in a paper container or the like which is a food and beverage imparting a sense of burst foam when kept in the mouth.
SOLUTION: The packaged food and beverage contains (A) at least one or more kinds of spices selected from ethyl acetate, ethyl butyrate, amyl acetate, amyl butyrate, and amyl valerate, and (B) at least any of acetic acid and vinegar. When being kept in the mouth, the packaged food and beverage gives a sense of burst foam in the mouth.
