The dispersed composition comprises a) particles of the branched polyoside having a diameter greater than 70 mcm and less than 250 mcm, said branched polyoside being represented by xanthan gum; b) a beneficial active substance in the "dry" form; c) if necessary, a neutral matrix stabilizing the active substance. A method of obtaining a composition for stimulating coating of plant root includes the stage of adding water to the composition by any of claims 1-13. Applying the composition obtained by the method according to claim 14 for carrying out stimulating coating of the plant roots. A method for transferring a beneficial agent to the plant roots comprises the stages of (i) providing a composition for root stimulation coating comprising a beneficial agent and a branched polyoside by the method according to claim 14, and (ii) applying the composition for root stimulation coating on the plant roots.
