PURPOSE: A producing method of a plant processed product is provided to wet-mill crush plants before drying for enabling users to easily grinding and processing. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a plant processed product comprises the following steps: heating plants after washing, or freezing and thawing for removing 10-30wt% of moisture from the plants； passing the plants through a hole having the diameter of 8-12mm for firstly removing foreign materials and tough fibers； passing the plants through a hole having the diameter of 5-8mm for secondly removing the tough fibers； passing the plants through a hole having the diameter of 0.5-5mm for thirdly removing the tough fibers； crushing the processed plant into 0.5-5mm； removing 60-80wt% of moisture from the crushed plant； adding another dried and crushed plants, and kneading the mixture； and pressurizing the plant mixture for molding into grains, pellets, granules, pieces, or spheres with the diameter of 1-10mm before drying.본 발명은 세척한 식물 및 세척하고 냉동한 후 해동한 식물 중 선택된 하나 이상에 열을 가하여 식물의 수분 총 중량 중 10 내지 30 중량%를 제거하는 단계； 상기 단계에서 수분을 제거한 식물을 8 내지 12 mm 직경의 구멍에 통과시키고, 이를 통과하지 못한 이물질과 질긴 섬유질을 1차 제거하는 단계； 상기 단계에서 이물질과 질긴 섬유질을 1차 제거한 식물을 5 내지 8 mm 직경의 구멍에 통과시키고, 이를 통과하지 못한 질긴 섬유질을 2차 제거하는 단계； 상기 단계에서 질긴 섬유질을 2차 제거한 식물을 0.5 내지 5mm 직경의 구멍에 통과시키고, 이를 통과하지 못 한 질긴 섬유질을 3차 제거한 후, 0.5 내지 5mm로 분쇄하는 단계； 상기 단계에서 0.5 내지 5mm로 분쇄한 식물의 수분 총 중량 중 60 내지 80 중량%를 제거하는 단계； 상기 단계에서 수분을 제거한 식물에, 상기 식물과 동종 또는 타종(他種)인 식물의 0.5 내지 5 mm의 건조 분쇄물 및 30 nm 내지 300 ㎛의 분말 중 하나 이상을 부가하여 전체 중량 대비 수분 함량이 16 내지 26 중량%인 식물 반죽으로 가공하는 단계； 및 상기 단계에서 가공한 식물 반죽에 압력을 가하여 쌀알, 펠렛, 과립, 편(片) 및 1 내지 10mm 직경의 구 중 선택된 하나 이상의 형상으로 성형한 후 건조하여 식물 가공물로 가공하는 단계를 포함하는 식물 가공물 제조 방법을 개시한다.
