PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic solution which is easily stored and easily handled when it is used and has a high moisturizing function without using a preservative, and a method for producing the cosmetic solution.SOLUTION: The cosmetic solution is prepared by dispersing hyaluronic acid and/or a hyaluronic acid compound in a polyhydric alcohol, and dispersing an organic acid and/or an organic acid salt different from the hyaluronic acid and/or the hyaluronic acid compound into the polyhydric alcohol to obtain a form containing no water.
