PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful compound which is prevented in deterioration and toxicity of the effectiveness due to the racemate in treatment and recurrence prevention of depression, anxiety disorder, eating disorder and incontinence of urine and pharmaceutical composition containing the composition.SOLUTION: (+)-1-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane practically free of the corresponding (-)-enantiomer and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts and a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound are provided. The pharmaceutical composition preferably contains another therapeutic agent selected from antidepressant agents, antianxiety agents, antipsychotics and antiobestic drugs. A production method of the (+)-enantiomer is based on chiral chromatography or a chromatography resolution technique, like a pseudo-movable bed technique, or chemical separation using an optical activity resolution reagent.【課題】うつ病、不安障害、摂食障害、又は尿失禁の治療又は再発予防に対して、ラセミ体による効力の低下及び毒性の増加を防止した、有用な化合物、及び該化合物を含有する医薬組成物の提供。【解決手段】対応する(－)－エナンチオマーを実質的に含まない、(＋)－１－（３，４－ジクロロフェニル）－３－アザビシクロ［３．１．０］へキサン及びその製薬上許容される塩、及び該化合物を含有する医薬組成物。該医薬組成物は、抗うつ薬、抗不安薬、抗精神病薬、及び抗肥満薬から選択される他の治療薬を含有することが好ましい。キラルクロマトグラフィー或いは疑似移動床技術の様なクロマトグラフィー分割技術を用いる事により、又は、光学活性分割試薬の使用による化学的分離による、前記（＋）－エナンチオマーの製造方法。【選択図】なし
