PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooked rice molding device which maintains a proper quantity of a lump of cooked rice, allowing air to be contained in the lump of cooked rice.SOLUTION: A cooked rice molding device 1 includes a cooked rice flexing part 2 and a cooked rice measuring and dividing part 3 which is installed thereunder. A measuring part 3a of the cooked rice measuring and dividing part 3 includes pairs of rollers 3aa, 3ab, and 3ac opposed to each other across a transportation space for a lump of cooked rice, which are lined up in a plurality of levels along the transportation direction of a lump of cooked rice such that the transportation space for a lump of cooked rice is narrowed. In the transportation space of a lump of cooked rice of the cooked rice molding device 1, a partition plate 5A is installed for forming the lump of cooked rice moving in the transportation space of the measuring part 3a into a hollow shape.
