This radiographic imaging device comprises: a radiation source that irradiates a subject with radiation; a radiation detector that detects radiation passing through the subject; and a data processing unit that generates a transparent image of the subject on the basis of the quantity of radiation detected by the radiation detector, wherein the radiographic imaging device is characterized by further comprising a characteristic section extraction unit and a display processing unit. The characteristic section extraction unit extracts the location, in a first image, of a characteristic section of an observation tool that detects a prescribed section, said first image being a transparent image from when the observation tool has been inserted into the subject.
