A foreskin restraining device comprising a tubular sleeve, said sleeve being adapted to be located over the penis of the wearer to gather the foreskin at the base of the penis. Preferably the sleeve includes an enlarged region having a greater diameter than the remainder of the sleeve, wherein, in use, the foreskin of the penis is retained within said enlarged region. In one embodiment the sleeve may be open at both ends. In an alternative embodiment the sleeve may be open at one end and closed at a second, opposite end, such that the device can serve as a condom/prophylactic device.Linvention concerne un dispositif de retenue de prépuce comportant un manchon tubulaire, ledit manchon étant conçu pour être placé au-dessus du pénis du porteur pour rassembler le prépuce à la base du pénis. De préférence, le manchon comprend une région agrandie ayant un diamètre plus grand que le reste du manchon, en utilisation, le prépuce du pénis étant retenu à lintérieur de ladite région agrandie. Dans un premier mode de réalisation, le manchon peut être ouvert aux deux extrémités. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, le manchon peut être ouvert à une première extrémité et fermé à une seconde extrémité opposée, de telle sorte que le dispositif peut servir de préservatif/dispositif prophylactique.
