The present invention relates to a vascular anastomosis device including a first anastomosis unit provided with a cylindrical first base portion； an insertion portion coupled with one end of the first base portion, has an inner diameter equal to that of the first base portion, and has an outer diameter smaller than that of the first base portion； and a ring-shaped coupling groove in an outer circumferential surface of the insertion portion and a second anastomosis unit provided with a cylindrical second base portion that has an inner diameter equal to that of the first base portion； a socket portion coupled with one end of the second base portion, has an inner diameter equal to that of the second base portion, and has an outer diameter exceeding that of the second base portion； a receiving groove formed in an inner circumferential surface of the socket portion to have an inner diameter equal to the outer diameter of the insertion portion； at least one coupling protrusion formed to be inserted into the coupling groove； and a cut portion cut in a longitudinal direction of the socket portion, in which the first anastomosis unit and the second anastomosis unit are formed for the insertion portion of the first anastomosis unit to be moved to and coupled with an inner portion of the socket portion of the second anastomosis unit.
