PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaping part of a combine harvester in which grain culms caught in a joining part of a lower conveying apparatus are easily removed by a small operation power and occurrence of deformation and breakage of parts of the lower conveying apparatus is suppressed.SOLUTION: The reaping part of a combine harvester is equipped with the lower conveying apparatus 110 for joining grain culms at the joining part 182, a rotary wheel 113d for separation, which is wound with a conveying chain 113a of the lower conveying apparatus 110 and changes its position from an operation position in the vicinity of the joining part 182 to a separation position apart from the joining part, an operation lever 251 to be pivotally supported on a rotary wheel shaft 230 for separation being a spindle of the rotary wheel 113d for separation, a rotary wheel 253 for guide to be pivotally supported on the operation lever 251, and an upper frame plate 113p to be fixed on an upper frame 113k so as to be contacted with the rotary wheel 253 for guide.
