The invention relates primarily to a nutrient complex for producing a nutritional cosmetic composition comprising essentially marine spring water and an extract of the brown alga Macrocystis pyrifera. The water of marine source is advantageously desalinated. The invention also relates to a cosmetic composition comprising this nutritive complex and for acting effectively on epidermal cells.
