PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information processing apparatus capable of improving work efficiency of charge operation.SOLUTION: A biological information processing apparatus comprises: a replacement tool equipped with a sensor and a needle member a sensor insertion device to which the replacement tool is replaceably fitted and which can insert the sensor and the needle member into a living body and a processor which can process biological information obtained from the sensor indwelled in the living body by the sensor insertion device. The sensor insertion device includes: a movable member which can move in an insertion direction and a removing direction of the needle member and an elastic member which deforms by the movement of the movable member and can accumulate elastic energy for moving the sensor and the needle member to an insertion position where the sensor and the needle can be inserted into the living body.
