PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray nozzle which applies a swirling force to contents, so as to atomize and spray.SOLUTION: The spray nozzle includes: a tapered nozzle body 1 and an element 2 arranged inside thereof for spraying the contents in mist from its end. The element includes a tube body 2a which is fitted into a through opening 1a in the nozzle body 1 and a ceiling 2b which closes the end of the tube body 2a and forms an advancing pathway m of the contents therein. An opening 3 is arranged in the tube body 2a communicating with its inside and outside. A vertical groove 4 forming a fine gap 4a along an axis of the nozzle body 1 between the vertical groove and an inner wall surface of the nozzle body 1 in a region including the opening 3. The ceiling 2b of the tube body 2a is provided with a peripheral wall 5 which is upright at its edge and between which and the nozzle body 1 a pathway 5a to the outside is formed. Slits 6 and 7 which have an opening width nearly equal to the vertical groove 4 and guide the content passing through the opening 3 and the fine gap 4a in the direction along the inner wall surface of the peripheral wall 5 for generating a swirling flow are formed in the peripheral wall 5.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】内容物に旋回力を与え、霧状にして噴出させる噴霧ノズルを提案する。【解決手段】テーパ状のノズル本体部分1と、この内側に配置され、先端部より霧状にして噴出させるエレメント2とを備えた噴霧ノズルにおいて、エレメントを、ノズル本体部分1の貫通開口1aに嵌合する筒体2aと、この筒体2aの先端部を閉塞させてその内側に内容物の送給経路mを形成する天壁2bとにより構成する。筒体2aに、その内外に連通する開孔3を設け、該開孔3を含む領域に、ノズル本体部分1の内壁面との相互間で該本体部分1の軸芯に沿う微細隙間4aを形成する縦溝4を形成し、前記筒体2aの天壁2bに、その縁部にて起立しノズル本体部分1との間にて出側経路5aを形成する周壁5を設け、この周壁5に、該縦溝4と同程度の開口幅を有し、該開孔3及び微細隙間4aを経た内容物を該周壁5の内壁面に沿う向きに誘導して旋回流を生ずるスリット6、7を形成する。【選択図】図1
