In certain embodiments, the handpiece system comprises an ultrasonic handpiece and a spatula. The ultrasonic handpiece includes a vibration source and a horn. The vibration source is configured to generate ultrasonic vibration and the horn is configured to convert the vibration into ultrasonic motion. The spatula is coupled to the horn and is configured to move according to ultrasonic motion. The spatula may have any suitable shape and size.
