The present invention provides a polypeptide and a malaria vaccine comprising said polypeptide, the polypeptide comprising any of the following amino acid sequences: (a) an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO. 4 or SEQ ID NO. 8； (b) an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO. 4 or SEQ ID NO. 8, in which 1-10, preferably 1-5, and more preferably 1-3 amino acids have been substituted, deleted, added or inserted； and (c) an amino acid sequence having at least 95%, preferably at least 97%, and more preferably at least 99% sequence identity with SEQ ID NO. 4 or SEQ ID NO. 8.本發明提供一種包含以下之任一胺基酸序列之多肽： (a)序列編號4或序列編號8所示之胺基酸序列； (b)序列編號4或序列編號8所示之胺基酸序列中1～10個、較佳為1～5個、進而較佳為1、2或3個胺基酸經置換、缺失、附加或插入之胺基酸序列；及 (c)與序列編號4或序列編號8所示之胺基酸序列具有95%以上、進而較佳為97%以上、更佳為99%以上之序列同一性之胺基酸序列；及包含上述多肽之瘧疾疫苗等。
