PURPOSE: A device for crushing and collecting chicken droppings is provided to crush solid chicken droppings and collect the chicken droppings from the bottom of a chicken house. CONSTITUTION: A device for crushing and collecting chicken droppings is manufactured by the following steps. Two side frames (10) and a rotary shaft cover are welded. A chicken house bottom blade (12) and three reinforcing supports are welded to the front side cover from both sides of the bottom of the side frames. A strainer is formed by welding rods at an interval of 20 mm above the chicken house bottom blade and reinforcing supports. Fixed blades are formed on the inner floor and side wall inside the rotary shaft cover. A rotary shaft chain gear is assembled with a square bearing inside the rotary shaft cover.본 발명은 계분 분쇄 수거장치에 관한 것으로, 상세히는 진공흡입호퍼와 저장탱크를 마련한 스키드로더 또는 소형트랙터에 마련된 3점 연결장치를 이용하여 본체의 상부프레임에 마련된 승하강톱마스터와 로타리축커버 배면에 양편에 마련된 하부링크에 연결하여, 승하강톱마스터에 체결한 스키드로더나 소형트랙터의 승하강 붐을 조정하여, 스크래퍼에 끌려 왕겨는 걸름망바닥으로 배출함과 동시에 1차 세절하고, 계분덩어리는 본체 진행방향의 걸름망 최후단 바닥에 마련된 로타리축커버내의 로타리축에 부착된 회전칼날과 로타리축커버 내측벽에 부착된 고정칼날에 의해 최종 세절시킨후, 세절된 계분은 로타리축커버 일측편에 마련된 집진팬커버를 통해 집진관으로 배출해, 진공흡입호퍼를 통해 분진 없이 저장탱크에 수거처리하도록 하는 계분 분쇄 수거장치로 매우 유용하다 할 것이다.
