PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation and harvesting method of plants, and a removing device of a net used for the method in which a harvesting work can be efficiently performed at a fixed position without moving of a position of an operator when harvesting, and a cost required for facility or device can be reduced.SOLUTION: Seeding is performed after a net 4 is laid into soil for cultivation, green onions 5 are cultivated such that roots 5a grow downward through the net 4 and leaves and stems 5b grow above the net 4, one end part of the net 4 is lifted when harvesting and the green onions 5 positioned above the net 4 are harvested while pulling the onions in a lateral direction. Further, after the one end part of the net 4 is lifted when harvesting, a removing member facing in a width direction of the net 4 is inserted below it, and the removing member is moved in a longitudinal direction of the net 4, by which the net 4 and the green onions 5 entangled in the net are removed from soil under the onions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 収穫時に、作業者が移動することなく、定位置で収穫作業を効率よく行うことができるとともに、設備や装置に要する費用を低減することができる植物の栽培および収穫方法、並びにそれに使用するネットの剥離装置を提供する。【解決手段】 栽培用土壌中にネット4を敷設した後、播種し、根5aがネット4を通して下方に、かつ葉や茎5bがネット4より上方に伸びるようにして葉ねぎ5を栽培し、収穫時に、ネット4の一端部を持ち上げるとともに、側方に引き寄せつつ、ネット4の上方に位置する葉ねぎ5を収穫する。また、収穫時に、ネット4の一端部を持ち上げた後、その下方に、ネット4の幅方向を向く剥離部材を挿入し、この剥離部材を、ネット4の長手方向に移動させることにより、ネット4およびそれに絡み付いた葉ねぎ5を、その下の土壌から剥離させる。【選択図】 図5
