FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to facial prosthetic repair, and is intended for use in orthopedic rehabilitation of patients with missing auricle. Each of the two halves is divided into three more fragments, so that the ear displays in the mold having the greatest undercuts remain in one of the fragments and its antagonist. Simulating on each of the shape fragments on the end surface at the point of connection with the subsequent fragment along the diagonal of the rectangle is cylindrical ledges, and on the following fragment of the shape there simulated are depressions corresponding to the shape of projections. Similar mirror-reflected projections and holes are modeled on inner surfaces of extreme shape fragments. Physical model of the mold is prepared for making a conning of auricle of heat-resistant polymer of ABS type.
