The present invention relates to an RTN4B-related polypeptide, and, preparation and applications thereof. The RTN4B-related polypeptide of the present invention contains the amino acid sequence as expressed by SEQ ID NO. 1. Further disclosed are a chemical synthesis-based preparation method for the RTN4B-related polypeptide and a use of the RTN4B-related polypeptide. The RTN4B-related polypeptide of the present invention is capable of in vitro inhibition of the biological activity of RTN4B and of in vivo inhibition of tumor cell growth.La présente invention concerne un polypeptide lié à RTN4B ainsi que sa préparation et ses applications. Le polypeptide lié à RTN4B de la présente invention contient la séquence dacides aminés exprimée par SEQ ID n° 1. Linvention concerne également un procédé de préparation à base de synthèse chimique du polypeptide à base de RTN4B et une utilisation du polypeptide lié à RTN4B. Le polypeptide lié à RTN4B de la présente invention peut inhiber in vitro lactivité biologique de RTN4B et inhiber in vivo la croissance de cellules tumorales.
