The present invention relates to a patch-type sham acupuncture needle provided with a spring and, more particularly, to a patch-type sham acupuncture needle provided with a spring that is provided as a control group for an experiment for defining an acupuncture-based treatment effect. According to the present invention, an acupuncture tool is inserted into a patch by the spring during an acupuncture procedure, and thus the acupuncture tool is not inserted into the skin although a patient gets stimulus by the acupuncture tool.
