PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracheostomy tube device that enables a patient to more efficiently utter while reducing a burden on the patient.SOLUTION: A tracheostomy tube device includes a tracheostomy tube 2, a ventilator 3 and an utterance auxiliary device 4. The tracheostomy tube includes: a tube body having a respiratory air flow path inside an inflatable cuff provided in the tube body a cuff tube capable of injecting air into the cuff an air supply flow path for utterance capable of supplying air to the outside from an air supply port provided in the tube body and a tube for utterance connected to the air supply flow path for utterance. The ventilator alternately performs an inspiration operation for supplying the air into the respiratory air flow path and an exhalation operation for sucking the air from the respiratory air flow path.
