PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus which can generate low-cost long-scale images having high sticking accuracy.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus 1 includes: an X-ray tube 131 generating X-rays an X-ray detector 43 detecting X-rays generated from the X-ray tube 131 and transmitted through a subject a bed 15 on which the subject is placed and which is set on a prescribed setting surface a moving support mechanism 41 supporting the X-ray detector 43 so as to move along a first long axis direction of the bed 15 a movement control part 39 controlling the moving support mechanism 41 in response to an imaging region in a long-scale image capture where the subject is captured along the first long axis direction more than once an exterior 33 covering the moving support mechanism 41 and the movement control part 39 and a set fixing part 35 on a setting surface 151 of which the exterior 33 is set and which fixes the exterior 33 to the bed 15 while making a second long axis direction of the exterior 33 parallel to the first long axis direction.
