The present invention relates to a phone-linked system for preventing dementia based on a tune pitch control according to finger pressure movements, and a method for preventing dementia using the same, in which an eighth-note scale, which is provided in an acupressure device for providing an acupressure effect on a finger or palm, is pressed to implement a prevention and training of dementia through content in the form of a playing-game according to a pitch.
