The equipment is connected to a groundwater extraction plant (2) by several feed pumps (3) and a piping system (5). The piping system (5) is distributed underground or near the surface of a road (10) and can be warmed. Collecting pipes (6) of the piping system are connected to a water infiltration plant (7). The groundwater extraction plant (2) and or water infiltration plant are provided as vertical filter wells or horizontal filter wells. The piping system (5) is composed of plastic tubes.
