PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device that can extract liquid left inside a hose, discharged from a pump to the hose without flowing the liquid via the pump.SOLUTION: A first on-off valve 9 is interposed between a discharge pipe 8 and a connection hose 10 making a pump 2 communicate with a nozzle 11. A supply pipe 13 makes the discharge pipe 8 communicate with a supply port 20b of an ejector 20, and a second on-off valve 14 is interposed in the supply pipe 13. A suction pipe 15 makes the connection hose 10 communicate with a suction port 20d of the ejector 20, and a third on-off valve 16 is interposed in the suction pipe 15. The first on-off valve 9 is closed, the second on-off valve 14 and the third on-off valve 16 are opened, and liquid is supplied to the supply port 20b from the pump 2, to accelerate the liquid by the ejector 20 to generate negative pressure around the accelerated liquid. The liquid inside the connection hose 10 and a spray hose 4a is sucked into the ejector 20 via the suction pipe 15 by the negative pressure.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】ポンプからホースへ吐出され、該ホース内に残存した液体を、ポンプを経由させることなく抜き取ることができるポンプ装置を提供する。【解決手段】ポンプ2とノズル11との連通を行う吐出管8及び連結ホース10に、第1開閉弁9を介装する。また吐出管8とエジェクタ20の供給口20bとの連通を供給管13によって行い、供給管13に第2開閉弁14を介装する。また連結ホース10とエジェクタ20の吸引口20dとの連通を吸引管15によって行い、吸引管15に第3開閉弁16を介装する。第1開閉弁9を閉じ、第2開閉弁14及び第3開閉弁16を開いて、ポンプ2から供給口20bへ液体を供給して、エジェクタ20にて液体を加速させて、加速された液体の周囲に負圧を発生させる。該負圧によって連結ホース10及び噴霧ホース4a内の液体が、吸引管15を介してエジェクタ20に吸引される構成とした。【選択図】図2
