PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyte information acquisition device capable of acquiring analyte information with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An analyte information acquisition device comprises: signal acquisition means for acquiring a signal which is obtained by converting an acoustic wave generated in an analyte when the analyte is irradiated with, by an acoustic element； information acquisition means for performing signal processing to the acquired signal, and acquiring characteristic information in the analyte using the processed signal； and form acquisition means for acquiring form information of the analyte.
