PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harvesting method by which a Persea americana is efficiently harvested and a person who is not an expert of collection work can immediately determine whether degree of maturity of the Persea americana is suitable for collection so that efficiency of the collection work can be improved and taste of the collected Persea americana can be excellently kept.SOLUTION: In a harvesting method for a Persea americana tree that blooms four times a year, a same identification maker is installed at each stem part connecting a bloomed flower of the Persea americana with a twig when the flower blooms at each timing. The identification maker consists of four sorts capable of being distinguished from the other identification makers installed at the past three times at least. The Persea americanas born at the stem part with the unique identification markers indicating a lapse of 8-10 months from flowering are harvested all at once, among all of the four sorts of identification markers. The harvest all at once is sequentially, repeatedly, and continuously performed.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 アボカドの採取を効率的に行えるようにした収穫方法を提供し、その結果採取作業の熟練者でなくても、採取に適した熟度のアボカドであるか否かを瞬時に判断することができ、これにより採取作業の効率化を図ることができると同時に、採取されたアボカドの食味を良好に保つことが可能となるアボカドの収穫方法を提供しようとするもの。【解決手段】 年に4回開花するアボカド樹木において、各開花時に当該開花したアボカドの花と小枝とを接続する茎の部分に同一の識別標識を設置し、その識別標識は、少なくとも過去3回に設置した識別標識と相互に区別できる4種の識別標識で構成され、これら全4種の識別標識のなかで、開花時から8~10か月を経過した固有の識別標識が設置された茎に結実したアボカドを一斉に採取し、この一斉採取を順次繰り返し継続的に行うようにしたことを特徴とするアボカドの収穫方法である。【選択図】 なし
