The present invention relates to a spinal screw assembly which constitutes a spinal screw body and a head portion, a separated type instead of an integrated type. Even if the spine screw body is treated in the vertebrae at different directions and at different angles in spinal surgery in which lordosis is large, such as the lumbar spine or the cervical spine, by forming the maximum angle at which the spinal screw body can be bent from the head portion, the direction and angle of the head portion are aligned in parallel with each other and a rod is mounted thereon, thereby forming a large angle of bending a spinal screw to facilitate the operation of the spinal screw not only in the lumbar spine but also in the cervical spine.본 발명은 척추 스크류 몸체와 헤드부를 일체형이 아닌 분리형으로 구성하고, 척추 스크류 몸체가 헤드부로부터 꺾어질 수 있는 각도를 최대한으로 형성함으로써 요추 또는 경추와 같이 로도시스(Lordosis)가 크게 형성되는 척추시술에서 척추 스크류 몸체가 서로 다른 방향과 서로 다른 각도로 척추뼈에 시술되더라도 헤드부의 방향 및 각도를 서로 일렬로 나란히 정렬하고 그 위에 로드를 장착함으로써, 요추뿐만 아니라 경추에서도 척추 나사못의 시술이 용이하게 하는 척추 스크류가 꺾어지는 각도를 크게 형성할 수 있는 척추 스크류 어셈블리에 관한 것이다.
