A method of surface treatment for zirconium oxide implant and the etching formula for the same are disclosed. The processes are carried out at room temperature. The average surface roughness Ra and the standard deviation of the implant are measured showing significant improvement while comparing with the un-treated sample and the hydrofluoric acid treated sample. The average contact angle is provided showing an almost hydrophilic surface after etched by the formula according to the present invention.一種氧化鋯牙科植體的表面處理方法係在清潔表面油脂及雜質去除後,再以氫氟酸和磷酸的混合液於常温下進行酸蝕。
