The present invention relates to a three-dimensional vascular function measuring apparatus and a method thereof. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is the vascular function measuring apparatus including: a balloon which can be inserted into a blood vessel, accommodate a fluid, and expand and contract in accordance with a capacity of the fluid； and at least one sensor which measures the flow rate and velocity of the fluid discharged out of or introduced into the balloon when a blood vessel is contracted or relaxed.본 발명은 3차원 혈관 기능 계측 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 혈관 내부로 삽입 가능하고, 유체가 수용되며, 유체의 수용량에 따라 팽창 및 수축 가능하게 마련된 풍선 및 혈관이 수축 또는 이완될 때, 풍선 외부로 토출 또는 풍선 내부로 유입되는 유체의 유량 및 속도를 측정하기 위한 하나 이상의 센서를 포함하는, 혈관 기능 계측 장치가 제공된다.
