Provided in the present invention is the dual low power laser therapy device which simultaneously or selectively performs the pain care and pain management by forming a dual laser with each different low power laser having a different wave length with a different transfer range in the skin, by integrally manufacturing a laser irradiating main body equipment as a freely movable type in a simple user installation.
