The present invention relates the association of resveratrol and carboxymethylglucan with the purpose of increasing the solubility in aqueous solution and the consequent bioavailability of resveratrol, as well as of strengthening the stability of this molecule. The products related to the present invention, endowed with high solubility in aqueous solution, are useful for preparing pharmaceutical compositions, dietary supplies, medical devices, functional pieces of food, cosmetic products and veterinary products, both in liquid and solid formulation, with antioxidant, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antidiabetic, cardioprotective, neuro- and chemioprotective properties.
