PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braid that can be processed into a product in a wide range of temperature and that is excellent in dimension stability and wear resistance.SOLUTION: A braid comprises 5 or more single yarns. The multifilament has an intrinsic viscosity [η] of 5.0 dL/g or greater and 40.0 dL/g or less, and comprises a polyethylene having a repeating unit that is substantially composed of ethylene. The multifilament in a state where the braid is untwined has a single filament fineness of 3 dtex or more and 40 dtex or less and has a thermal shrinkage at 70°C of 0.20% or less and a thermal shrinkage at 120°C of 3.0% or less.
