PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic pharmaceutical product in which an ophthalmic solution containing brimonidine and/or a salt thereof and brinzolamide and/or a salt thereof is stored in a storage body allowing the visual recognition of its contents, while the brimonidine and/or a salt thereof have light stability.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic solution containing brimonidine and/or a salt thereof and brinzolamide and/or a salt thereof is stored in a transparent storage body having a maximum transmittance of light with a wavelength of 360 to 460 nm of 67% or less and a maximum transmittance of light with a wavelength of 600 to 680 nm of 78% or less, thus making it possible to suppress the decomposition of brimonidine and/or a salt thereof by light exposure and secure the stability of a preparation while securing internal visibility.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】本発明の目的は、ブリモニジン及び／又はその塩とブリンゾラミド及び／又はその塩を含む点眼液においてブリモニジン及び／又はその塩が光安定性を備えつつ、当該点眼液が内容を視認できる収容体に収容された眼科用医薬製品を提供することである。【解決手段】波長３６０～４６０ｎｍの光の最大透過率が６７％以下であり、且つ波長６００～６８０ｎｍの光の最大透過率が７８％以下である透明収容体に、ブリモニジン及び／又はその塩とブリンゾラミド及び／又はその塩を含む点眼液を収容することによって内部視認性を確保しつつ、ブリモニジン及び／又はその塩の光暴露による分解を抑制でき、製剤安定性が確保できる。【選択図】なし
