PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for rearing aquatic organsims in which work for fixing a rearing container is simplified, the number of parts of a fixing means of the rearing container is reduced, and the fixation reliability is improved to prevent the rearing container from being shaken by waves.SOLUTION: In a floating structure 2 of the rearing apparatus 1, a hooked part 43 is provided to which the rearing container 5 is fitted from above. In the rearing container 5, a tapered hooking part 52 is provided whose width becomes narrower downward. In the hooked part 43 of the floating structure 2, a tapered surface is formed to which the hooking part 52 is stuck.
