PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of blood flow measurement.SOLUTION: A blood flow measuring device according to an embodiment comprises a data acquiring unit, a displacement detecting unit, and a data processing unit. The data acquiring unit acquires data of a subject eye by using optical coherence tomography. The displacement detecting unit detects the displacement of the subject eye.
