The present invention relates to a recombinant porcine circovirus, a vaccine composition for the prevention of porcine circovirus infection comprising the same and various applications thereof. The PCV2 recombinant virus of the present invention overcomes the disadvantage that the PCV2, a conventional single-stranded DNA virus, proliferates extremely low in cells, and is recombined into a double-stranded DNA form to increase the efficiency of production. The PCV2 recombinant virus is also excellent in antibody formation inducing effect, and thus can be usefully used in related industries.본 발명은 재조합 돼지 써코바이러스 및 이를 포함하는 돼지 써코바이러스 감염 질환의 예방용 백신 조성물과 이의 다양한 적용에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 PCV2 재조합 바이러스는 종래 Single-stranded DNA virus인 PCV2가 세포에 극도로 적게 증식되는 단점을 극복한 것으로, double-stranded DNA 형태로 재조합되어 생산의 효율성이 증대된 효과가 있다. 또한, 항체 형성 유도 효과가 우수한 바, 관련 산업에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
