PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of a clutch lever and prevent malfunction thereof.SOLUTION: A clutch lever biased toward a clutch releasing position around a first pivot axis in the direction of a machine body width and a locking lever biased toward a locked position around a second pivot axis are supported in a housing mounted in the vicinity of a grip portion of a handle frame.
