PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide footwear such as waders 1 which are hardly affected by a water stream or strong wind when used and which is restrained from inhibiting free and easy movement of a wearer.SOLUTION: The waders 1 at least include a body portion 2 which covers at least buttocks of the wearer and a hose portion 3 which separately covers the right and left legs of the wearer. The body portion 2 and the hose portion 3 are formed continuously from each other, and are respectively made of a chloroprene rubber sheet with elasticity. The front and rear parts of the body portion 2 and the rear part of the hose portion 3 are formed of a soft sheet. Sides of the body portion 2 and the front and outer sides of the hose portion 3 are formed of a sheet whose hardness and density are higher than those of the soft sheet.
