PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple configuration that acquires clearly and easily relationship between pieces of biological information, such as autonomic nerve dysfunction and hypoxemia or sleep-disordered breathing or the like, and allows a user to use the relationship for diagnosis.SOLUTION: Arterial oxygen saturation is acquired from light transmitted through the skin irradiated with illumination light from a pulse oximeter. A transition of autonomic nerve function is acquired on the basis of the heart rate fluctuations.
