The present invention relates to a skin-adhesive light radiation electrode for inhibiting cyclooxygenase-2 (cox-2), and more specifically to a skin-adhesive light radiation electrode which has a power connector (terminal) on an upper layer and of which light from a light source is emitted onto a surface in a lower layer, wherein the surface is in contact with the skin. The upper layer and the lower layer are made of a flexible material. The skin adhesive light radiation electrode for inhibiting cox-2 radiates visible light of 400 to 1000 nm wavelength band to the skin for inhibiting cox-2, and comprises: the upper layer having the power connector mounted on an upper surface a light source unit provided under the upper layer and having a light source on a central portion thereof a reflective insulation unit provided under the light source unit and having a through hole on a central portion thereof to expose the light source and the lower layer provided under the reflective insulation unit, having a through hole on a central portion thereof to release light and whose lower surface adheres to the skin and edge of the upper surface is in contact with an edge of the lower surface in the upper layer.
