PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable radiographic imaging device and a radiographic imaging system, which prevent consumption of a battery and disconnection of a bias line and the like and can sufficiently remove unnecessary charges from a radiation detecting element.
SOLUTION: A portable radiographic imaging device 1 includes: a plurality of radiation detecting elements 7 two-dimensionally arranged in respective regions r divided by scanning lines 5 and signal lines 6 a bias power source 14 for applying a bias voltage to respective radiation detecting elements 7 via respective bias lines 9 a switch means 8 disposed for each radiation detecting element 7 a scan driving means 15 for controlling a voltage applied to the switch means 8 to control turning-on/off of the switch means 8 and a battery 41. In the case of reset-processing of discharging unnecessary charges from the radiation detecting elements 7, the scan driving means 15 controls voltages Von, Von1 to Von3, and Voff applied to the switch means 8 via respective scanning lines 5 to limit a current I flowing out from respective radiation detecting elements 7 to the bias lines 9.
