PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultured cartilage producing method capable of obtaining a cell source at lower invasion compared to a method using a bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cell, and forming a large amount of cartilage.SOLUTION: Provided is a cultured cartilage producing method which includes: a step S1 of inoculating cord blood derived mesenchymal stem cell into a porous scaffold； and a step S2 of culturing the cord blood derived mesenchymal stem cell inoculated into the scaffold. During the step S2 of culturing the cord blood derived mesenchymal stem cell, centrifugal force is applied to the scaffold and the cord blood derived mesenchymal stem cell to form cultured cartilage.
